ORDERS
How can I track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment.
Can I cancel or modify My Order?
While your order is still processing, we may be able to cancel your order. You can send an e-mail to soulsandshop@gmail.com with your order number. Keep in mind that in order to get your order to you as soon as possible, we begin processing orders as soon as they are received. If your order is no longer able to be canceled, you can process a return once you receive your package.
We are unable to make any changes to an order once placed. If you need to make any changes to your order, we recommend canceling and placing a new order so long as it is still eligible.
Can I update my shipping address?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us atsoulsandshop@gmail.comas soon as possible. Please note, we work quickly to process and ship your order, and once an order has been shipped we are unable to modify the address.
What if My Order is damaged or missing?

SHIPPING & RETURNS
How do I make a return?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
You can initiate a return by emailing soulsandshop@gmail.com your intentions, order number and shipping zip code.
Where do you ship?
SoulSand currently ships to worldwide. We value all our international customers and pledge to take care of a percentage of the total shipping fee. For more information regarding shipping fees, please visit the shipping page at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders can take up to 48-72 hours to be processed and shipped.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
PAYMENT
What currency is displayed at checkout?
We display all prices in USD. When placing an order online, you will want to take into consideration the conversion from USD to your country’s currency. Depending on your country’s currency, the price paid at checkout may differ from the amount deducted from your bank account.
What payment methods do you accept?
For express checkout, we offer payments via PayPal.
